Fitness

Taekwondo exercises combine both physical and mental challenges. Though beginners start at a fairly slow pace, it is possible to progress to a point where you burn several hundred calories in an hour's workout. In addition to aerobic conditioning, Taekwondo enhances flexibility, strength and coordination.
